Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 10 days after your order is placed via regular ground FedEx/USPS, unless we inform you otherwise on the website or by email. Shipments are from New York State and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility. At this time, all shipments will be shipped ground and we are not able to expedite shipping.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as your order ships to the email address on your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at email@example.com.
What if my package does not arrive?
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve, though please note we are not responsible for errors in order or address entry which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver.
Where can I get free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping to most Continental US addresses.
What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact email@example.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Damages & Refunds
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, showing the bottle is unusable and we will ship you replacement product free of charge.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds — all sales are final. We're small (but mighty!), and, believe it or not, we take on a lot of expenses to make that lil’ bottle of Veil and deliver it to your door.
